Florida Global University is seeking a creative, detail oriented, and motivated intern to join our Art / Media / Design division. This internship is ideal for students or emerging professionals interested in graphic design, multimedia production, branding, educational media, and digital communications.
This role is prefererly on site, but we would be taking some profiles online, our main goal is to provide hands-on experience producing visual assets for an international educational institution.
Primary Responsibilities (Art / Media / Design Focus):
1) Design visual assets for social media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn).
2) Assist in creating reels, short-form video content, and promotional graphics.
3) Develop digital templates, banners, and branded materials following institutional guidelines.
4) Support in basic video editing, color correction, and layout design.
5) Help design materials for digital marketing, internal presentations, and educational resources.
6) Collaborate with team leads to ensure consistent branding and quality.
PREFERRED SKILLS
1) Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Premiere Pro.
2) Familiarity with motion graphics, typography, and composition principles.
3) Ability to follow brand identity guidelines.
4) Strong sense of design aesthetics and attention to detail.
5) Interest in educational or institutional branding is highly valued.
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
1) Strong organizational and communication skills.
2) Ability to integrate into a team with members located abroad, communicating online and working through established organizational structures
3) Willingness to learn and adapt to project needs.
4) English and Spanish communication skills (bilingual required).
