We are seeking a reliable and hands-on Warehouse Manager to oversee daily operations at our foam manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, assisting customers, and ensuring efficient production and delivery of foam products.
Responsibilities:
Load and unload foam materials from delivery trucks and CNC machines
Operate CNC foam cutting machines (training provided)
Manage warehouse organization, inventory, and material flow
Answer phone calls and take customer orders accurately
Assist customers with product inquiries, pickups, and orders as needed
Coordinate deliveries and operate a box truck when required
Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment
Work closely with production staff to ensure timely order completion
Qualifications:
Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred
Experience driving a box truck (valid driver’s license required)
Basic computer and phone communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Willingness to learn CNC machine operation
Bilingual preferably
Excellent customer service and teamwork skills
Schedule: 30 hours Monday Through Friday
