Responsibilities:
Manage and streamline day to day operations
Oversee inventory tracking, shipping and logistics coordination
Handle invoicing, billing and vendor payments
Assist in monthly reporting
Communicate with vendors carriers and customer
Requirements
5+ years in office management
Strong knowledge of QuickBooks
Experience in logistics
Proficient in Microsoft Office
