Professional Coin Galleries located at 7601 N Federal Hwy Boca Raton, Florida is looking for a reliable and detail- oriented Administrative Assistant / Shipping Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle both office administrative tasks and shipping /receiving duties to help keep our operations running smoothy.
Responsibilities:
Handle incoming and outgoing shipments ( prepare labels, organize orders, update tracking info.
Maintain accurate inventory and shipping records.
Preform general office duties such as filing, data entry, and responding to emails. Updating website.
Support management with scheduling, document preparation and customer service.
Qualifications
Prior experience in administrative or shipping/ receiving roles preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer applications
Excellent communications and attention to detail.
Schedule:
Flexible Hours- full-time or Part-time available
$25 per hour
