We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Center Director to lead our early childhood education center. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, operational expertise, and a passion for nurturing the growth and development of young children.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the center, ensuring compliance with all state licensing regulations and company policies.
Ensure full compliance with Early Head Start standards and guidelines.
Manage, mentor, and support teaching and administrative staff.
Oversee and maintain compliance with the USDA Food Program requirements.
Develop strong partnerships with families and community agencies.
Maintain a safe, educational, and nurturing environment for children and staff.
Monitor enrollment, budgeting, and overall center performance.
Qualifications:
Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish (required).
Minimum of 3 years of experience in early childhood education management.
Direct experience working with Early Head Start programs (required).
Knowledge and experience with the USDA Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP).
Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of state childcare licensing regulations.
Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field (preferred).
