We are currently looking for a customer focused professional
for a CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE at our
West Palm Beach Non-Profit Debt Management Agency.
The position involves assisting consumers with hardships
apply for financial assistance through
setting up repayment programs with credit card companies,
setting appointments for counseling sessions and more
Training is provided.
Day Shift
Mondays to Friday
This is an in office job, 40 hours a week, daytime hours.
The job entails providing extraordinarily compassionate
active listening, providing completion of tasks timely and
being extremely attentive to detail,
among other duties.
Former mortgage, insurance, tax
real estate, credit counseling
experience is a plus.
Required Education and/or Experience:
- High School Diploma or higher-
- Computer Literacy
- Google Products
- Organizational Skills
- Math Skills
- Reading Comprehension
- Attention to Detail
