We are seeking an experienced and licensed LCAM Professional to manage our community association On-Site. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day to day operations of the community association.
- Oversee maintenance, repairs, and vendor management.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures.
- Communicate with residents, board members, and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements:
- LCAM Certification.
- Proven experience in community association management.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
