Our construction equipment business is looking for someone to do the following tasks
Ordering/managing inventory
Accounts Receivable/Payable
Customer Service
Advanced computer skills
Data Entry
Attention to detail
Purchase Order creation
Pay Bills
Write up shipping labels/ Bills of Lading
Work with vendors
Order Fulfillment
Ensuring orders are shipped in a timely fashion
Able to access computer programs
Other support tasks may be asked in addition to the above
Ability to help pack boxes if needed during high-volume times
File Claims/Claims on Late Packages
Assist/oversee everything warehouse
Qualifications:
Strong Computer skills
Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
Efficient
Organized
multi tasker
Excel proficient
ShipStation/UPS/Fed Ex knowledge a plus
must know how to use quickbooks
