Maher Insurance Group is a growing health insurance agency (Health Life Medicare Group). We’re hiring a reliable, detail-oriented Office Admin to keep our data sharp and our team on track.
What You’ll Do
Commission reporting and reconciling agent commissions
Verify agent enrollments across carriers/systems
Reporting deep dives & summarizing insights for leadership
Input & maintain data in existing sales boards/dashboards
General admin support (docs, filing, etc.)
Must-Have Skills
Excel & Google Sheets proficiency (filters/sorts, formulas; pivots/VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP a plus)
Extreme attention to detail and accuracy with data
Strong organization & clear communication
In-office only — reliable commute to Fort Lauderdale (Cypress & Lyons)
Role Details
Compensation: $15/hour w/ an evaluation for raise at 90 days— W2
Schedule: 30 hours/week (set in-office schedule; no remote)
Employment: Seeking long-term team members (not short-term/seasonal)
