We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual to manage our bookkeeping and assist with general office tasks. This role will focus on accounts receivable and accounts payable, maintaining accurate records in QuickBooks, and supporting day-to-day office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage accounts receivable: create and send invoices, track payments, and follow up on overdue balances.
Handle accounts payable: process bills, pay vendors, and maintain organized records.
Maintain and reconcile QuickBooks accounts.
Assist with general administrative tasks such as scheduling, filing, and correspondence.
Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and team members.
Qualifications:
Strong experience with QuickBooks.
Proficient in accounts receivable and accounts payable.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills.
Previous bookkeeping or administrative experience preferred.
