About the Role:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Office Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to help keep our office running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
Answer and direct phone calls
Organize and schedule appointments
Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
Handle incoming and outgoing mail
Provide general support to visitors and staff
Requirements:
Proven experience as an office worker, administrative assistant, or relevant role
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus
