Summary

The Order Processor is responsible for accurately managing customer orders from receipt through completion. This role requires strong attention to detail, solid organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively with multiple departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities

Review incoming customer orders via email and phone for accuracy and completeness

Enter and maintain order information in the company system

Coordinate with production, shipping, and customer service teams to ensure smooth fulfillment

Monitor order progress and proactively communicate updates or issues to customers and internal teams

Prepare shipment boxes and documentation and verify all details prior to dispatch

Identify and resolve order discrepancies, escalating issues when necessary

Maintain a clean and safe workspace by following company procedures and controlled environment guidelines

Track and manage supplies, notifying purchasing when inventory needs replenishment

Use resources efficiently to achieve department goals

Complete all required production and quality documentation accurately

Support team objectives and assist with related tasks as needed

Skills & Qualifications

QuickBooks experience preferred

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Excellent attention to detail and organization
