Our client, a high-profile Family Office, is seeking to hire a TTP Personal Assistant/House Manager to support the Principal's sister. This role is based in Palm Beach, Florida, but requires travel to NJ and the Hamptons as needed (particularly in summertime). In office hours can range depending on the day, mostly between 9am - 6pm, however reachability 24/7 is required. This role will work closely with children and pets, oversee the management of the home as well as the Nanny. The ideal candidate has experience in House/Vendor management with a very patient and nurturing demeanor. Responsibilities:Special Projects and Project ManagementPacking and unpackingReceiving and shipping packagesHandling returnsMaintaining checklists and inventory on Excel spreadsheetsOrganizationCopying, filing, scanning and general clerical dutiesCalendar/contact maintenanceShopping and errandsGrocery shoppingLight vendor managementOversight and scheduling of a housekeeperGeneral organization of day-to-day activitiesTravel arrangementsResearch: ability to be resourceful and track down information/unique itemsKnowledge of the Palm Beach area of FloridaExperience:College educated preferredMinimum of 3 years experience as a personal assistant in a dynamic environmentExcellent communication skills with the practiced abilty to follow or leadExceptional organizational and multi-tasking skills. Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail.Ability to remain calm and composed during demanding periods - "thick skinned" personality with an ability to prioritize and pivot.Proactive, motivated and "can do" attitudeCreative.
