Customer service or clerical background. Sales experience. (Not required but helpful).
Basic mathematical skills, ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, add, subtract, multiply and divide.
Full-time up to 40 hours. Available on weekends and evenings.

Job Duties:
Greet Customers and assists customers waiting for repairs.
Write up and file all invoicing and process payments.
Answer a high-volume of calls and direct them appropriately and/or takes clear messages and detailed notes.
Use the computer and office equipment as needed to perform a variety of tasks as instructed, including but not limited to, Invoicing, filing, faxing.
Keep records of parts received. Order parts as instructed by techs/owner from various part stores.
Upsell automotive services.
Check emails daily and retrieve mail.
Overall front desk management
Attend all staff meetings.
Oversees facility conditions, and advises management as to needed repairs, improvements, and general maintenance.
Must understand the importance of building client relationships.
Open automotive shop by 8am
Maintain and ensure customer snack bar is filled daily.
Light cleaning. Ability to lift 50 lbs.
