Office Receptionist
Successful Engineering Firm is looking for a front desk/ administrative/reception team member to join our expanding business.
You're people-friendly, reliable, and give great attention to detail. You'll be working in our Ft. Lauderdale location supporting our Principal engineer and team members.

Your Responsibilities:
Welcome/greet visitors, clients, mail couriers, and vendors accordingly.
Answer, screen All incoming calls
Computer Proficiency: Microsoft Office (including Word and Excel), Outlook, Adobe DC PDF, Dropbox, etc
Perform clerical duties such as organizing company records, filing, scanning, photocopying, shredding papers, etc
Prepare, receive and handle All shipping matters /courier pickups with various government/county agencies
Perform local deliveries – FedEx, USPS, etc
Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean office space i.e. emptying trash cans, restocking office/kitchen/bathroom supplies, etc
What You’ll Need:
High School Diploma
Min. 2-years office/administrative experience
Experience in administrative operations, clear & friendly voice on the phone
Excellent writing, verbal and communication skills
Great computer skills with emails, office (word, adobe, pdf editing, etc)
High level attention to details, organized and a quick learner
Ability to be proactive, exercise good judgement, and excellent work ethic
Professionalism is a MUST
Ability to multitask, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
A positive attitude & mindset
Presentation and great customer service etiquette are important to you
Reliable transportation
