Position: Part-Time (Remote)
Location: Boca Raton Florida (Remote Work)
We are seeking a part-time, remote Licensed Community Association Manager (CAM) to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and experienced in HOA/Condo management, and who is comfortable managing workflow remotely while maintaining strong communication with Boards and residents. Please note this is a part-time position.
Responsibilities Include:
Overseeing daily operations of assigned communities
Coordinating maintenance and vendor services
Responding to homeowner inquiries and enforcing community rules
Conducting property inspections (as needed based on assigned communities)
Qualifications:
Active Florida CAM License (Required)
Previous HOA/Condo management experience preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and remotely
Professional and detail-oriented
