Job Type: Full-time, In-Office
Hours Open:
Mon - Thu: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Fri: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Sat: 10:00 AM 2:00 PM
Sun: Closed
Night differential pay begins at 6:30 PM

What You’ll Do:
As a Credit Counselor, you’ll engage with clients over the phone to provide expert budgeting support and debt relief options through nonprofit programs. You'll offer compassionate guidance, build trust, and help people find real solutions—not sales pitches.
You’ll Thrive Here If You:
Are tech-savvy and comfortable using Google Workspace
Have great communication and active listening skills
Pay close attention to detail and follow through on tasks
Are a people-person with a service mindset (hospitality, retail, real estate, mortgage, or insurance background is a plus)
Bilingual? Big plus—be sure to mention it on your resume.
