Job Description:
As an Entry-Level Leasing Agent, you’ll play a key role in helping prospective tenants find their next home. You'll assist with showing apartments, managing leads, and guiding applicants through the leasing process. This is a commission-only position, ideal for someone looking to break into the real estate industry and grow with a supportive team.
Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to rental inquiries by phone, email, and online platforms.
Schedule and conduct property showings with prospective tenants.
Market available rental units through listing sites and social media.
Assist applicants through the leasing process, including applications and lease execution.
Coordinate with the property management team to ensure a smooth move-in experience.
Maintain organized records of leads, appointments, and application statuses.
Qualifications:
No real estate license or prior experience required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a customer-focused mindset.
Ability to manage a flexible schedule independently.
Basic computer and smartphone skills required.
Compensation:
Commission-based only — no hourly wage or salary.
Estimated earnings: $50,000 – $100,000+ per year, based on performance. High performers have significant income potential, with no commission cap.
