ENTRY LEVEL POSITION AS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT (NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED).
Property Management Company in Tamarac SEEKING TO HIRE AN ASSISTANT. Future growth potential within the company.
Entry level position. No experience needed to start. On the job training.
Job Description: Communicate with tenants, coordinate maintenance requests, follow up with rent payments, visit the properties, show vacant spaces, screen tenants, etc.
Requirements: Must speak fluent English and Spanish. Must have an active Real Estate license and MLS access. Must have reliable transportation.
This is a “on-premise” job. Must come to the office and work from the office.
Full time position.
Compensation: Commission based on rent collected and units rented. Expected commission $2000-$3000 a month. Potential to switch to salary in the future.
