About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Bilingual Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales team. This individual will play a key role in driving revenue growth, training and motivating agents, and ensuring excellence in all client transactions. The ideal candidate will combine leadership, coaching ability, and hands-on sales expertise to help our agents produce at the highest level.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Coaching
Mentor and train real estate agents on prospecting, lead generation, client conversion, and deal closing.
Conduct regular workshops and one-on-one coaching sessions to improve sales productivity.
Sales & Negotiations
Oversee and support agents in completing sales and rental contracts.
Provide expertise in structuring and negotiating real estate deals to maximize value for clients.
Ensure compliance with all legal, contractual, and company policies.
Business Development
Drive lead generation initiatives, prospect new business opportunities, and establish growth strategies.
Track team performance, analyze KPIs, and implement action plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
Build and maintain strong client and partner relationships to support long-term business success.
Operational Support
Collaborate with management to develop sales strategies and marketing campaigns.
Maintain high standards of professionalism, ethics, and customer service across the sales team.
Qualifications
Bilingual: English & Spanish required (Portuguese a plus).
Active Florida Real Estate License required.
Minimum 3+ years of real estate sales experience with a proven track record in closing deals.
Strong knowledge of real estate contracts (sales and rentals).
Demonstrated success in prospecting, lead generation, and client conversion.
Prior leadership, management, or training experience highly preferred.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to inspire and lead a team.
