About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated Channel Analyst to join our growing e-commerce team. This entry-level role is designed for someone with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a passion for ecommerce, Amazon, and online marketplaces. You’ll work closely with our Channel Manager to monitor performance, analyze trends, and deliver insights that support growth across digital channels. (In office)
Key Responsibilities
Collect, organize, and analyze data from Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central, and other online marketplaces.
Track daily, weekly, and monthly channel performance (sales, advertising ROI, conversion rates, inventory).
Assist the Channel Manager in optimizing listings, pricing strategies, and promotions.
Monitor competitor activity to identify pricing and keyword opportunities.
Support demand forecasting and inventory planning.
Build dashboards and reports to communicate performance insights.
Provide ad-hoc analysis for product launches, campaigns, and operational improvements.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, Economics, or related field (or relevant experience).
Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas).
Familiarity with data visualization (Power BI, Tableau, or Looker) a plus.
Basic knowledge of ecommerce or digital marketing preferred.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Eagerness to learn and grow into senior channel roles.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range (South Florida, Entry Level): $48,000 – $58,000 per year
Benchmark: Based on market data, entry-level ecommerce analysts in Miami/Fort Lauderdale typically fall in this range.
