Job Title: Smoke Shop Clerk
Job Summary:
We're seeking a knowledgeable and friendly Smoke Shop Clerk to join our team. As a Smoke Shop Clerk, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and making recommendations on products
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of products, including pipes, vaporizers, e-liquids, and accessories
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including shelves, displays, and inventory
- Restock shelves and inventory as needed
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including age verification and product handling
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of retail experience preferred
- Knowledge of smoke shop products and industry trends preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
