Our reputable security guard agency is seeking motivated professionals to join our team. We have part-time and full-time opportunities available across the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
Staffing, hiring, and supervision of team members.
Maintaining strong relationships with clients and employees.
Ensuring high-quality service and meeting staffing needs.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in security supervision.
Armed experience is a plus but not required.
Bilingual (English and Spanish) strongly preferred.
Valid D License required; G License is a plus.
Excellent communication skills, professional demeanor, and a proactive attitude.
Reliable and responsive with strong attention to detail.
Must be punctual, approachable, and team-oriented.
Weekend availability is highly desirable.
Physical requirements vary by location (walking or stationary assignments).
Locations: Positions are available in hotels and condominiums in Miami Beach, Bal Harbor, and Aventura. Openings are available immediately, including this weekend.
