Job Title: Nighttime Security Guard
Job Type: Full-time, Part-time
Job Location: Hialeah Gardens
We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced nighttime security guard to join our team. The position is a full-time or part-time role, requiring availability from Sunday through Thursday from 8 pm to 5 am.
Responsibilities:
- Patrol and monitor the premises to ensure the safety and security of the building, employees, and visitors
- Respond to emergencies and incidents, including fire alarms and medical emergencies
- Maintain accurate records of all incidents, accidents, and any other relevant information
- Monitor and authorize entry and departure of all individuals and vehicles
- Report any suspicious activity or security breaches to the appropriate authorities
- Operate and maintain security equipment, including surveillance cameras and alarm systems
- Provide exceptional customer service to all employees and visitors
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a security guard or relevant position
- Excellent knowledge of public safety and security procedures/protocols
- Ability to operate surveillance equipment and security systems
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- High school diploma or equivalent
