(SPI Guards) is a Fort Lauderdale–based professional security company providing high-quality armed and unarmed security services throughout South Florida. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Security Manager to oversee daily operations and support company growth.
Position Overview:
The Security Supervisor will be responsible for supervising approximately 30 security officers, maintaining client relationships. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and multitasking skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations and staff scheduling across multiple sites
Conduct interviews and assist with hiring and onboarding new personnel
Handle client communications and ensure service quality
Monitor performance, attendance, and compliance with company standards
Support senior management with operational oversight and reporting
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general administrative software
Professional, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities
Compensation & Schedule:
$20.00 per hour (Full-Time)
Bi-Weekly pay
