Account Resolution Specialist (In-Office Collector)

MCU Holdings, LLC is a licensed, professional accounts receivable management company located in Coral Springs. We’re looking for a reliable, ethical Account Resolution Specialist to join our in-office team.

This role is focused on working with consumers to resolve outstanding accounts in a respectful, compliant, and solutions-based manner.

What You’ll Do:

Communicate with consumers by phone, email, and text to discuss account resolution options

Explain balances, payment plans, and settlement options clearly and professionally

Document account activity accurately in our system

Follow all federal, state, and company compliance requirements (FDCPA training provided)

Work assigned accounts and meet individual performance goals

What We’re Looking For:

Prior collections, call center, or customer service experience preferred

Strong communication skills and a calm, professional phone presence

Reliable attendance and punctuality

Comfortable working toward goals in a structured environment

Basic computer skills (CRM experience a plus)

No prior collections experience required — we will train the right candidate.

Schedule & Location

In-office position only

Monday–Friday

Daytime business hours

Office located in Coral Springs, FL
