Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls from interested prospects
Assist clients in understanding their insurance options and recommend suitable policies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through exceptional service and communication.
Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining a positive attitude.
Collaborate with a fast-paced, high-performing team
Requirements:
2-3 years of Proven Phone Sales Experience
MUST HAVE EXP. – Selling Insurance (Short Term Medical, Limited Medical)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly demeanor. (Bilingual is not required but is extremely beneficial)
Proficient in “Microsoft Office”/Computer literate
Ready to grow personally and professionally
Teachable, willingness to learn

Beautiful office located in East Boca Raton (Yamato & Federal)

Weekly Pay – the Average Rep is making $2000.00 a week during OE
Top Producers are making well over $2500 a week right now
