Sokar Insurance Agency is a national insurance agency and it is expanding nationally. The firm is based in Florida and we are seeking qualified applicants. We are now interviewing non-licensed individuals who desire to get licensed and licensed Life & Health Insurance Agents (2-15). Our expertise lies in seamlessly helping and qualifying individuals for Medicare, life insurance, property & casualty, ACA, dental, international travel insurance division, and now domestic and international institutional group benefits. We have expanded from October 2023 to only 1 person operation in Florida to 2024 over 26+ states and by YEAR END year end we expect to have a presence in all 50 states and have an additional office in California. WE ARE GROWING FOR A REASON.
Requirements:
(1) License Requirement: 2-40 or 2-15 or 2-20
(2) Inexperience / non-license: The agency will help train you and get you appointed if you are the right motivated person.
(3) Possess functional smartphone, tablet, and/or computer
(4) Willingness to learn is probably the most important quality
Compensation:
(1) Compensation: commission 1099
Note: direct pay with carriers with Medicare, renewals, and 100% control of your book of business
Responsibilities:
(1) Attending a mandatory compliance orientation quarterly
(2) CRM training
(3) Having knowledge or willing to learn about Medicare, life, dental, LTC, and disability insurance products.
(4) Computer skills is needed to effectively function
Position Type: Independent contractor will have 2 options (1) flexible hours at large retailer in an insurance kiosk (2) field sales and no time requirement
Work Options:
(1) To be assigned to a large well known retail store
(2) Field broker
All agents will be going thru an intensive onboarding process. At the end of the process, you will be READY. All applicants will need to pass a background check and drug screening. We will train qualified and only motivated individuals.
