What We’re Looking For
- Strong phone sales experience (minimum 2–3 years required)
- Clear, confident communicator with excellent presentation skills
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and competitive (former athletes thrive here)
- Basic computer skills
- A drive to improve and win every single day
Schedule
- Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
- Not a remote role – must work in our Boca Raton office
Compensation
- Commission-only with realistic earnings from $60,000 to $350,000+ annually
- Daily/weekly bonuses and incentives
