Job Title: Sales Representative

About the Role:
We are looking for an energetic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team in Boca Raton. This position focuses on driving sales for private lessons, youth training packages, speed and agility programs, for TBT. The ideal candidate is outgoing, goal-oriented, and passionate about building relationships while promoting health, fitness, and youth development.
Responsibilities:
Drive sales of private lessons, training packages, and speed & agility programs
Promote and sell youth-focused training opportunities to new and existing clients
Assist in planning and executing fundraising initiatives to support the nonprofit mission
Provide excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships
Track sales performance and work toward monthly/quarterly targets
Collaborate with staff and coaches to ensure smooth program delivery
Qualifications:
Sales experience (preferred)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Outgoing personality with the ability to connect with youth and parents
Self-motivated and goal-driven
Passion for fitness, sports, or youth development is a plus
Compensation:
Hourly base pay: $18/hr
Commission on sales
