Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 11:00 AM & 1:00 PM - 6:00 PM

Reports To: Team Lead / Sales Manager
Position Overview:
The Protection Specialist is a frontline professional responsible for assisting new homeowners in safeguarding their most significant financial commitment - their mortgage. This role is designed for individuals who excel at building trust, communicating value, and helping clients make informed decisions about financial protection products.
This is an inbound role: clients have recently acquired a mortgage and are seeking guidance on how to protect their home, their family, and their financial future. Your mission is to educate, recommend, and enroll clients into suitable financial protection plans.
