Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales through outbound calling, market research, and effective communication with potential customers. Duties:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to promote our products/services
-Sell our industry-leading, proven marketing program to timeshare owners throughout the United States
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and goals
- Utilize telemarketing techniques to engage with customers and close sales
- Input and maintain customer information in our CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
- Provide excellent customer service and address any inquiries or concerns promptly
- Follow up with leads to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Skills:
- Proven experience in sales or a related field
- Strong understanding of inside sales techniques and strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) to track leads and sales activities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
