Job title: Administrative Assistant
We are seeking an administrative assistant to join our HRT team to assist with front-desk duties and various operational functions. Having formal training and experience with anti-aging medicine and hormone replacement therapy is a plus. This is an entry-level office position where on-the-job training will be given.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain inventory records.
- Process and manage invoices.
- Handle email correspondence efficiently.
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner.
- Prepare and create reports for management.
- Assist with various administrative tasks as needed.
- Adhere to HIPAA and maintain client confidentiality.
Required
- Bilingual (English & Spanish - speaking and writing)
- Strong people skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Can work independent, problem solver
- Computer skills: General use and web navigation without assistance
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary will be a plus.
- Proven experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular).
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- QuickBooks knowledge is preferred
Preferred:
- 2+ years of office/administrative experience but not required.
