I’m looking for experienced in-home sales reps for a rapidly growing impact window and roofing company servicing Broward, Dade and Palm Beach counties.
Reps receive 2-3 leads per day: 10am, 2pm and 5/6pm. No setting your own leads, cold calling or door knocking; but a “One Call Close” mentality is absolutely necessary.
Training on product knowledge, demo, financing options and sales strategies will be provided to the right person, but experience in this industry is HIGHLY preferred. Experience in solar and the car business is also preferred, as it’s usually a smooth transition.
This is a commission only position with no cap. Waterfall commission structure with 50% front end, and 50% back-end commissions paid weekly.
I’m not looking for estimators, appointment setters, office positions or installers.
I’m looking for CLOSERS.
