Reverse Mortgage Lending – Fort Lauderdale
Compensation: $22.00/hr starting + commissions (NO GIMMICKS)
Employment Type: Part-Time (Mon–Thu, 2–7 PM)

About the Role
This role is ideal for someone who naturally brings patience, empathy, calm communication, warmth, and reliability—the kind of person who can make others feel at ease over the phone, stay organized, and handle conversations with grace.
You will be speaking with older homeowners, guiding them through simple questions, and helping determine whether they qualify for a reverse mortgage review. A gentle tone, steady follow-through, and a sincere desire to help people feel comfortable is key to success here.
No mortgage experience required. We train everything.

Job Duties
Call leads from our internal database
Maintain steady call volume (100–150 calls per shift)
Warmly greet every caller, even if the last one hung up
Transfer interested borrowers to our licensed team
Keep all client information confidential
No Experience Required — Full Training Provided
