We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers face-to-face, building relationships, and closing sales. As a field-based sales professional, you will represent our products/services directly to customers within an assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct door-to-door sales outreach to promote and sell our household services.
Educate prospects on the benefits and features of our offerings, addressing any questions or concerns.
Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively closing deals.
Maintain a thorough understanding of our products, pricing, and promotions.
Track sales activities and customer interactions using CRM tools.
Represent the company professionally and maintain a positive brand image in the community.
Provide feedback to the team on market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for growth.
Requirements:
Previous sales experience preferred, but not required – we provide full training.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and stay self-motivated.
Comfortable working in a face-to-face sales environment.
Resilience and persistence in overcoming objections.
Reliable transportation to travel within the assigned territory.
