Annual Enrollment Period (AEP) is here! From October 15 to December 7, seniors across the country are choosing their Medicare coverage. DH Insurance Group is hiring Licensed Health Insurance Agents to join our team for AEP—and this is a permanent position that continues throughout the year.
Compensation & Perks:
$18/hr base pay
Higher weekend pay if criteria are met
Additional pay for Spanish bilingual speakers
Weekly commissions with uncapped earning potential
Training, support, and leads provided
Hours of Operation:
Monday – Friday: 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM
What You’ll Do:
Help seniors select Medicare Advantage plans during AEP and year-round
Provide professional, compliant guidance through the enrollment process
Work with leading carriers: Humana, Aetna, Cigna, UHC, Devoted, and more
Requirements:
Active 2-15 Health & Life license in Florida
Strong communication skills and sales drive
Medicare experience preferred
In-office and remote positions available. This is not a temporary role—our agents work year-round with continued earning opportunities beyond AEP.
