Position: Sales Representative (No remote Positions Available)
Location:(In-office) Downtown Miami
We are seeking dynamic and motivated Sales Representative Associates to join our team! If you possess phone sales experience and/or experience scheduling and booking interstate moves for household goods, this could be an excellent opportunity for you. We are a well established carrier performing real exceptional service for our customers. We don't sell our moves based on price but on the quality of the service. Key Responsibilities:
Schedule and book interstate moves for household goods
Manage inbound and outbound calls, as well as email and text communication with customers
Provide excellent customer service and communication throughout the booking process
Experience with Granot moving software is a plus
Requirements:
Prior sales experience is essential; moving industry experience is not required as we provide training
Experience scheduling and booking interstate moves for household goods is preferred
Ability to multitask effectively across phone, email, and text communications
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Flexibility to work varied hours based on seasonal volume
Willingness to learn and adapt
Hours of Operation:
Morning and afternoon shifts available
Flexibility required depending on time of year and customer demand
Compensation:
Base Pay + Commission % OR Commission % + Bonuses
