Green Earth Powerwashing, a strong and growing provider of commercial powerwashing services, is hiring a Sales representative to help grow our company to the next level. The Sales Representative will be responsible but not limited to building new relationships with property managers & owners of multi-family apartment communities, commercial properties and home-owner associations while achieving set sales quotas through new account acquisition and selling maintenance contracts.
The ideal candidate should have extensive sales experience, be able to work independently with minimal supervision, possess outstanding sales and communication skills, and be able to handle stress with poise. Excellent management skills, sound judgment, being willing and ready to contribute outside of comfort zone, and an exceptional customer service attitude will allow the Sales and Service Manager to succeed by maintaining a strong gross profit margin and A+ customer satisfaction.
To the qualified candidate we offer:
$55,000 - salary (commensurate with experience), plus commission
Company iPhone, iPad, car allowance and fuel card.
Primary duties:
Create targeted marketing strategies
Identify potential customers and conduct phone and field prospecting to qualify target accounts
Build relationships with appropriate decision-makers
Make formal presentations to potential customers
Actively follow-up with all potential customers and close new business
Follow up with customers to make sure needs are being met
Attend industry Trade shows and networking events.
Requirements:
College degree or equivalent work experience
Outstanding communication skills
Strong proficiency with, and stays up-to-date on, technology (including computer and mobile devices)
Strong team player
Ability to work flexible hours in order to take care of customer needs
