Sunrise Rentals is a growing car/boat rental company in South Florida.
Positions ewe are currently hiring for:
1. Sales Manager
Contribute to the revenue and profit targets of the sales department by conducting vehicle sales (new / used depending on department structure) as well as up- and cross-selling (options, equipment, accessories).
Achieve highest efficiency and customer satisfaction at the same time by ensuring a professional and seamless sales journey (online / remotely and offline) through close cooperation with all team members and relevant departments as well as adaptation of all process steps to the given situation as well as customer needs and requests.
Our only requirement is that you are above 25 years of age and have a valid drivers license!
Core Tasks (responsible):
Generate leads to expand the sales funnel and increase conversions
· Present products and offer consultation via telephone and online (via chat / video conferencing function)
· Present products and offer consultation during events
· Introduce new products to existing customers (online / remotely and offline)
· Provide trade-in offer to potential/interested new / existing customers (online / remotely and offline)
Prepare prospect / customer visit (if not handled by Sales Assistant), incl. appointment making, organization of demonstrators and test drive
Demonstrate products and features in a professional and most personalized manner according to customers needs and expectations online and offline by using appropriate tools / systems.
· Present assets / buying reasons instead of features only
Conduct sales with the objective to fulfill personal sales targets in the areas of new / used vehicles, options, equipment and accessories
· Offer vehicles or option which are feasible in regards to customers needs/preferences and budget
· Use opportunities to skillfully up- and cross-sell at different customer touchpoints without being manipulative
Create purchase and financing offer based on the desired car, optional equipment, individualized options, expected price and financing type (in some markets this task might be handled by the Sales Manager or Finance/Business Manager)
· Explain the offer details, Provide a written quote, Prepare and execute the new vehicle delivery, Conduct customer follow-up for the purchase satisfaction survey, Manage interfaces and customer touch points along the sales process, takeover from Host after arrival / waiting time and/ after product presentation or test drive, Handle handover smoothly for vehicle delivery , Manage and extend the customer base, Document, maintain / update customer data in the systems, Manage customer relationship by regular contact, Handle requests by existing customer, Supplemental Tasks (responsible):
Support marketing campaigns, e.g. by selecting & contacting customers, receiving and follow-up on down-payments/deposits.

2. Fleet Manager
With your outstanding communication and listening skills, you’ll help our customers select their perfect vehicle, negotiate terms to ensure that payment options meet their lifestyles, budgets, and expectations and close the deal. Our managers provide an exceptional customer experience both before and after purchase, driving loyalty by following up to ensure customer satisfaction and helping transition customers to the Service department to support their ownership experience.
And lastly we are hiring for a driver:
3.Driver
Come to the Sunrise Rentals at the start of your shift to see the team and pick up your SUV for the day. Hit the road and complete required trips.
Return your vehicle at the end of the shift — our onsite team handles fueling, cleaning, and maintenance!
Earn an hourly wage, with additional peak-demand earning opportunities, and keep 100% of the tips you earn while driving.
