Sales Representative for a Dental office:

Job Description:
In this role, you’ll work effectively to service, enhance and build relationships with current and future clients. Whether it’s getting answers for customers quickly, consulting on services with compassion or resolving their issues with a smile, you’ll be the difference between their customer experience being just average or an exceptional one. Within this sales representative role you will:
- Manage inbound and outbound calls
- Identify patients needs and wants within their initial call
-Seize opportunities to upsell on our services to give the patient the utmost experience
-Build a sustainable professional relationship with our patients by taking the extra mile
-Meet our teams qualitative and quantitative targets/goals
- Bring your strong service knowledge, goal setting experience, and passion to negotiate and close a sale, handle objections and rebuttals during customer interactions
- Effectively recommend, quote, and negotiate about the services knowledge with customers to close the sale while identifying and handling all sales opportunities

You'll report to a Team Lead. You’ll contribute to the success of the customer experience as well as the overall success of the team.
Requirements:
Bilingual in English (required)/Spanish preferred.
Ability to communicate well in oral and written formats with all levels of our organization and our patients.
Ability to multitask.
Must be a resourceful problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment

8 hour shift
Day shift
Monday to Friday
