Hercules Moving Solutions, a licensed and insured moving brokerage, is seeking a Sales Floor Manager to lead and inspire our sales team to new heights.
About the Role:
As a Sales Floor Manager, you’ll oversee the daily operations of our moving sales department, coach and develop our sales representatives, and ensure our customers receive a world-class experience from the first call to the final booking. You’ll play a key role in shaping sales strategies, driving revenue growth, and maintaining a positive and high-energy sales culture.
Responsibilities:
Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales representatives
Monitor performance metrics and implement improvement plans
Develop and execute sales strategies to increase conversion rates and overall revenue
Ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations
Foster a collaborative, goal-driven environment focused on results and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the moving industry (required)
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals
Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
Ability to manage a fast-paced sales floor with professionalism and enthusiasm
Knowledge of moving brokerage operations and DOT compliance is a plus
