We are now looking for driven and motivated Sales Representatives to help expand our presence in the multi-family construction industry. If you have a passion for sales, building relationships, and driving revenue, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with property managers, maintenance directors, supervisors, and asset managers in the multi-family industry.
Identify new business opportunities within SCAA and SEFAA Apartment Association territories.
Sell construction, renovation, capital improvement, and maintenance services to both new and existing clients.
Manage a regional territory, ensuring consistent outreach and follow-up with decision-makers.
Attend networking events, industry functions, and client meetings, including some after-hours commitments.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, proposals, and sales activities in a CRM system.
Present proposals and negotiate contracts that align with client needs and company objectives.
Work independently to meet or exceed sales targets, with a focus on long-term client retention.
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 1 year of experience in BOTH construction and sales within the multi-family industry.
Strong understanding of small and large construction projects, including renovations, capital improvements, and maintenance.
Proven sales and business development skills, including contract negotiation and relationship-building.
Ability to travel within the assigned territory and attend industry events.
Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with property staff, owners, and construction teams.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and follow up consistently.
Proficiency in CRM tools and sales tracking software.
Must have reliable transportation (car package and reimbursement available).
