In this role, you will
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to secure new construction projects

Negotiate contracts and close deals
We are seeking a candidate who
Has experience in construction sales or a related field
Possesses a proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a commission-only environment
Is a master communicator with excellent presentation and negotiation skills
Is highly motivated, self-directed, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
Has a strong understanding of the construction industry (a plus)
Holds a valid driver's license and auto insurance
