Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to homeowners from a provided list.
Schedule appointments for our sales team to provide window and roofing estimates.
Maintain accurate records of calls and appointments.
Follow a provided script to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
Provide excellent customer service and address any questions or concerns.
Requirements:
Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Basic computer skills for data entry and record-keeping.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
