New up and coming spa in Homestead is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Aesthetician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for skincare and a strong understanding of the latest beauty trends and techniques.
As an Aesthetician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of treatments, ensuring each client receives personalized care and outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform facial treatments, including facials, microdermabrasion, chemical peels, and waxing
Provide expert advice on skincare routines and products
Maintain client records and document treatments
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, skincare products, and techniques
Provide a welcoming, relaxing, and professional experience for clients
Ensure all equipment and treatment areas are clean and well-maintained
Qualifications:
Valid state licensure as an Aesthetician
Proven experience in providing facials, waxing, and other skincare treatments
Strong knowledge of skin types, conditions, and treatments
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Passion for the beauty and wellness industry
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
