We’re currently seeking an energetic and highly motivated General IT Help Desk Technician to become a vital part of our team. This is a unique opportunity to not only utilize your technical expertise but also grow and evolve with us.
What your day-to-day will look like:
-Managing and organizing data within our databases, ensuring optimum accuracy and efficiency.
-Seamlessly uploading data into our SMS blasting software.
-Scheduling and monitoring SMS messages dispatched to our clients, supporting our commitment to consistent, reliable communication.
-Serving as a reliable point of contact for clients who are troubleshooting the SMS blasting software.
-Maintaining and updating Excel sheets with SMS blasting statistics, supporting our data-driven approach.
-Proactively exploring and recommending new software that could enhance our operational efficiency.
