Alex Hanna Law, P.A. is seeking an experienced IT/Telephony Specialist with deep expertise in RingCentral to support our fast-paced, multi-department law firm. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-volume environment, enjoys solving complex call-flow challenges, and can support 100+ users across multiple departments.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and troubleshoot all RingCentral-related issues, including dropped calls, call quality, routing, voicemail, extensions, and IVR support.
Build, monitor, and optimize RingCentral call flows, queues, routing rules, and auto-attendants for all departments.
Create, analyze, and interpret RingCentral reporting (call volume, queue times, missed calls, agent performance, etc.) and provide regular summaries to management.
Handle phone and headset setups for new hires, office moves, department changes, and hardware replacements.
Coordinate with RingCentral Support on escalations and ensure timely resolution of outages and disruptions.
Support telephony-related projects, system upgrades, and workflow improvements as the firm grows.
Qualifications
3–5+ years of experience managing RingCentral or similar UCaaS/VoIP systems.
Strong understanding of call routing, queues, analytics, and system administration.
Experience supporting 100+ users or multi-department environments preferred.
Ability to troubleshoot complex telephony issues quickly and effectively.
Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
Certifications in RingCentral or broader UCaaS/VoIP systems are a plus.
