Description:
Hinterland Group, Inc., a leader in trenchless technology and pipeline rehabilitation, is seeking an experienced and dependable Combination Vacuum/Cleaning Truck Operator to join our South Florida team. If you have a strong work ethic, enjoy working outdoors, and excel in operating combo trucks, we’d love to hear from you! A valid CDL is required for this position. The ability to travel extensively throughout Florida and beyond is a must.
Responsibilities:
Operate combination vacuum and cleaning trucks to clean and maintain pipelines, storm drains, and sewer systems.
Perform hydro-jetting and debris removal services as required on job sites.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the truck and equipment are in proper working condition.
Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Collaborate with project managers and crews to complete jobs efficiently and accurately.
Maintain accurate logs of work completed, equipment usage, and materials used.
Requirements:
1+ year of experience operating combination vacuum/cleaning trucks.
Valid CDL license with a clean driving record (required).
Knowledge of hydro-jetting and vacuum systems is preferred.
Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Willingness to travel for job assignments as needed.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
