Job description
We are looking for an experienced Lead Commerical HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in HVAC systems and be able to diagnose and repair a variety of issues. The successful candidate will also be responsible for performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and installing new systems. Familiar with chillers, pumps, cooling towers, heat exchangers and condenser water system.
Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
Inspect and test HVAC systems to diagnose malfunctions.
Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC systems.
Read blueprints and diagrams to determine the layout of a system.
Install new HVAC systems according to manufacturer's specifications.
Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems.
Maintain records of all maintenance and repairs performed.
